Air conditioning technicians may
sometimes be referred to as HVACR technicians and
are responsible for
for installing, maintaining, and repairing air
conditioning systems, as well as managing related equipment. This role involves
coordinating with room attendants to ensure high standards of cleanliness and
guest care.

Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair AC
systems (package units, split, window).
- Perform regular maintenance on
cooling units and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical
and mechanical issues.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and other
appliances.
- Maintain maintenance logs and be
available for emergency repairs.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and general
maintenance.
- High school diploma preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills; open to all nationalities.
Skills:
- Ability to work in varied environments and lift heavy
objects.
- Flexible and available for after-hours emergency
calls.
