Job Summary:
The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking
orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience
for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet
and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take
accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve
food and drinks promptly and correctly
- Check
on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle
customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests courteously
- Keep
tables clean and organized before, during, and after service
- Process
payments accurately and provide receipts
- Maintain
knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Follow
health and safety regulations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous
experience in a similar role is a plus

communication and interpersonal skills

to work in a fast-paced environment
