The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
<\/li>
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
<\/li>
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
<\/li>
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
<\/li>
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests courteously
<\/li>
Keep tables clean and organized before, during, and after service
<\/li>
Process payments accurately and provide receipts
<\/li>
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
<\/li>
Follow health and safety regulations
