Job Overview:
The Shisha Supervisor oversees all aspects of shisha service within a lounge, or restaurant setting. They ensure high-quality shisha preparation,
maintain hygiene standards, manage staff, and deliver an exceptional experience
to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise
the preparation and serving of shisha to ensure quality and consistency.
- Train
and mentor shisha staff on proper techniques, safety, and hygiene
standards.
- Monitor
and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of shisha equipment and lounge
areas.
- Manage
inventory of shisha flavors, charcoal, accessories, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure
compliance with health and safety regulations related to shisha
preparation and service.
- Provide
excellent customer service, assisting guests with flavor selection and
addressing any concerns.
- Enforce
lounge policies, including age restrictions and safety protocols.
- Coordinate
with management on promotional activities, special events, and customer
feedback.
- Maintain
a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.
- Keep
up-to-date with industry trends and new shisha products.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous
experience in shisha or hospitality service preferred.
- Knowledge
of shisha flavors, preparation techniques, and safety procedures.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong
customer service orientation.
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention
to detail and cleanliness.
- Flexibility
to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
