Job Overview:
The Restaurant Supervisor supports the restaurant management team by overseeing
daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a
efficient work environment. They supervise staff, assist with training, and
ensure that service standards, safety regulations, and cleanliness are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily
operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and oversee restaurant
staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in training new employees and
providing ongoing coaching to team members.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and
service to meet company standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and
sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve
complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of
the restaurant environment.
- Support inventory management and assist
with ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and
managing labor costs.
- Promote a positive work environment and
teamwork among staff.
- Support management in achieving sales
targets and operational goals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food service or
hospitality, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal
skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety
regulations.
- Good organizational and multitasking
abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
and holidays as required.
