We are looking to recruit Public Relation
Officer<\/b> who is responsible of the company visa process and is to carry out
all the duties related to submission, collection, and processing of application
papers and various legal documents. Must respect and ensure compliance with the
policy of the company and its system for preparing the delivery of the assigned
services of Emirates Park Zoo & Resort and any other future project.<\/span>

Duties & Responsibilities:<\/span><\/i><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Handle all documentations towards Ministry of
Labor, Ministry of Interior (Dept. of Immigration, Traffic & Police),
Ministry of Heath, Ministry of Information, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of
Education, Ministry of Finance & Industry, Municipality (All Section),
Chamber of Commerce, Banks, Post, Telecommunication etc.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>2. Renew, update and keep up all workers and
their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that the
organization’s records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>3. Checking the availability and expiry of the
company licenses and renew<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>4. Manage complete employment visa, residence
visa and labor card & EID process of Employees.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>5. Resolve the legal employment issues like labor
bans, issues of visa stamping and medical tests etc. related to company
employees.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>6. Conduct all visa related matters in a timely,
efficient and cost -effective manner. Making suggestions and troubleshooting
within the company whenever required.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>7. Stay abreast with current & new UAE labor
and immigration laws.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>8. Collect and give regular updates on all work
and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well
informed for any changes in procedures and rules.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>9. Submit, follow -up and gather all new work and
business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>10. Makes sure all business and trade Licenses
are updated, follow -up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary
violations.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>11. Accurately prepare and process required legal
documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as
Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce,
Traffic Department and Municipality.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>12. When the need arises, represent the company
at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station,
Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>13. Deal promptly and productively on general
enquiries about PRO functions<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>14. Assist the office in determining any issues
identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>15. Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE
for staff members for business related travels.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>16. As a fulltime Employee, you should work 6
days for a week starting 9 am to 6 pm with one hour break and you will be entitled
to have 01 day off for each week.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>17. You must report to the HR office sharp at 9
am and leave at 6 pm without any excuses.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>18. Any task assigned by HR please give your feedback
at the end of the day.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>19. You should keep all the important and legal
documents copies with you for work easiness such as,<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>a. All the Trade License Copies<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>b. Immigration & Labor card
copies<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>c. Owners’ documents (Passport
& EID copy)<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>20. You should communicate with the HR department
for all the inquiries and if you are busy should call back after 10 minutes
time to check the status of it.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>21. Any inquiries by whatsup should reply back in
English.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>22. You are not in a position to make any
decision about official work without confirming from the HR.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>23. You should attend for emergency cases without
any hesitate 24/7 times such as<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>a. Police cases<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>b. Immigration clearance<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>c. Visa cancellation<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>24. All the petty cash bills should be settled
with proper supporting documents along with the original receipts immediate
effect after work has been done.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>25. You are consented to giving clear details
about ongoing work and procedures to the HR when it’s required.<\/span>
<\/p>
