making new bookings, modifying existing reservations, and confirming

(e.g., transportation, dining reservations, special accommodation) efficiently

dining options, and events both within the zoo & resort and in the

consistently positive and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.<\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Administrative Support:<\/span><\/b> Perform light administrative duties, including managing
guest files, updating databases, and maintaining the front desk area.<\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Safety and Security:<\/span><\/b> Ensure guests are aware of safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications:<\/span><\/b> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>High
school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality

experience in guest service, customer service, or front office roles,
preferably in a hotel, resort.<\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fluency
in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an

problem -solving and decision -making skills.<\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability
to work in a fast -paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a
