ensure smooth functioning of all departments. <\/p> Develop
and implement strategic plans, SOP’S, policies, and procedures for
efficiency and effective of butterfly Park. <\/li><\/ul>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure adherence to company policies,
procedures, and safety standards. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor and manage resources (personnel,
equipment, etc.) to maintain optimal service delivery. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with operational standards and
protocols. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise and manage team members, providing
direction and support as needed. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assign tasks and ensure that work is completed
efficiently and to the expected standard. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Resolve any staffing issues or concerns and
report significant issues to senior management. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct performance evaluations and provide
feedback on staff performance. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by
responding to customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Handle customer complaints in a professional and
efficient manner, finding satisfactory resolutions. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor customer feedback and make improvements
where necessary. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Quickly identify and resolve operational issues
that may arise during the shift. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Take proactive measures to mitigate risks,
delays, or disruptions to operations. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Make real -time decisions to ensure operational
efficiency and customer satisfaction. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Communicate with the Operations Manager/General
Manager to report on key operational updates, incidents, or escalations. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain logs of daily operations, including
issues encountered, corrective actions taken, and notable incidents. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and submit reports on shift activities,
staffing, inventory, and customer service metrics. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee inventory levels and ensure the
availability of necessary supplies and resources for operations. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure resources are used efficiently to
minimize wastage and costs. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure health and safety standards are adhered
to at all times. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct routine inspections to identify
potential hazards and take corrective actions where necessary. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure emergency protocols are followed during
incidents or emergencies. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the shift schedule, ensuring that
staffing levels are appropriate for the demands of the shift. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee staff handovers to ensure that all
relevant information is passed between shifts. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide guidance and support to new and existing
staff. <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in training and development of staff to
improve performance and operational knowledge. <\/p> <\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications
and Skills:<\/span><\/b> <\/p> <\/span> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Education:<\/b> High school diploma or
equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field
preferred). <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience:<\/b> Minimum 2 -3 years of
experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in an
operations -related position. <\/p> <\/p> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Skills:<\/b> <\/p> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong
leadership and team management skills. <\/p> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities. <\/p> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good
problem -solving and decision -making skills. <\/p> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability
to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. <\/p> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong
