The Social Media Executive is responsible
for daily content scheduling, audience interaction, and platform management
across all social media channels. This role plays a key part in maintaining an
active online presence, fostering engagement, and ensuring timely delivery of
content in alignment with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.<\/span>

Post daily content across all social
media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) according to
the content calendar.<\/span>
<\/li>Coordinate with designers and
videographers to ensure timely delivery of required visual assets.<\/span>
<\/li>Write engaging and brand -appropriate
captions and hashtags in English and Arabic.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>2. Community Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Monitor and respond to comments,
direct messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.<\/span>
<\/li>Escalate sensitive inquiries or
customer service concerns to the sales department.<\/span>
<\/li>Engage with followers and relevant
communities to build a positive brand presence.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>3. Platform Monitoring & Insights<\/span><\/b>

Track key performance metrics
(likes, shares, reach, comments, engagement rates) across platforms.<\/span>
<\/li>Provide regular performance reports
to the Social Media Manager with observations and suggestions.<\/span>
<\/li>Stay up to date with trends,
hashtags, and platform updates.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>4. Campaign Support<\/span><\/b>

Assist in the execution of paid and organic
social media campaigns.<\/span>
<\/li>Support influencer collaborations
and user -generated content promotions.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Participate in brainstorming sessions for
content ideas, seasonal campaigns, and new formats.<\/span><\/span>

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media,
Communications, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Experience:<\/span><\/b>

<\/div>1–2 years of experience managing
social media platforms, preferably in a brand or agency setting<\/span>

<\/li>Familiar with Instagram, Facebook,
TikTok, LinkedIn, and platform management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer,
or Meta Business Suite)<\/span>

highly organized<\/span>
<\/li>Basic design or video editing skills
(Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.<\/span>
