Schneider Electric has an opportunity to become aDigital Services Engineering Internstarting January of 2025in our Franklin, TN location! We are looking for future graduates (December 2025) to work at the Schneider Electric Nashville Hub in Franklin, Tennessee during their final year of school, where you will be exposed to comprehensive training and projects that will familiarize you with the products, business processes, and soft skills necessary to succeed as a Digital Service Engineer post-graduation.
What will you do?
Learn about Schneider Electric's products, software, and services.
Partner with experienced Engineers to gain experience leading initiatives, setting objectives, developing execution plans, collaborating, and influencing stakeholders, and delivering results.
Collaborate with power management and digital services experts to support customer engagement.
Digitize technical articles to simplify customer self-service and improve sustainability KPIs
You will be successful in this role if you:
Are a student graduating in Fall of 2025 seeking an Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field of study
Are able to work part-time throughout your final year of study and work in the Franklin, TN office
Enjoy working with others and are interested in a career in Energy and Digital Services
Have power and/or electrical systems knowledge
Have customer service experience
Are self-directed, collaborative, and willing to go the extra mile for your customers
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
