Overview:
The Offer Quality Leader is responsible for enhancing the accountability of the squads and ensuring the highest standards in Customer Experience, Quality, Reliability, Safety, and Cybersecurity activities. This role involves managing collaborative quality-related activities and deliverables within the Offer Lifecycle Management process. The Offer Quality Leader also spearheads Issue to Prevention actions as prioritized by the League.
This position will be in charge of EcoStruxure Power Operation plus Sales Portal in the Power Monitoring System League within Digital Power.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a coach and quality expert, participating in the Definition of Done to fulfill customer promises.
- Identify and communicate risks, ensuring actions are taken to mitigate them.
- Assist the Product Owner in capturing customer needs and feedback to inform Application & Mission Profile.
- Establish quality goals for new developments, secure validation, and lead execution.
- Support the design team in achieving quality goals to ensure offer robustness and reliability. Synthesize lessons learned from product development.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives (Issue to Prevention) with effective Root Cause Analysis and ensure corrective and preventive action prioritization in backlogs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations linked to quality problems.
- Analyze product data related to quality, define, and execute continuous quality improvement for the offer in charge.
- In coordination with the Chapter Leader, foster team accountability for the Excellence of Quality & Customer Experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of Power Management Software: Understanding of power management systems, standards, protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Software Quality Assurance: Proven experience in software quality assurance, particularly in power management systems or similar critical applications.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions and preventive actions.
- Quality Methodology and Tools: Familiarity with quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and FTA, along with associated tools.
- Offer Lifecycle Management: Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments, with a clear understanding of DevSecOps and Quality Fundamentals.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
