The Opportunity As an Application Solution Analyst you will join our Digital Enablement team and report to the Business Systems Manager.
You will be responsible for proactively performing activities required to plan and deliver fit for purpose solutions that are aligned to the agreed business objectives and support end-to-end application lifecycle management of enterprise applications.
The role is based in our Perth office overlooking the beautiful Elizabeth Quay.
Key Responsibilities: - Work with key stakeholders to identify and document change objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, cost estimates in line with company approach to project delivery to ensure a realistic delivery approach.
- Drive change initiation process including solution evaluation and vendor selection.
- Drive end to end solution delivery in collaboration with internal and external team members.
- Independently lead delivery of agreed changes and projects.
- Develop project execution plan including alignment of the plan with key project stakeholders.
- Ensure that migrated data is validated appropriately by relevant business stakeholders.
- Facilitate the governance review and acceptance sign off of testing and data migration (where relevant) by business stakeholders.
- Ensure that solution documentation is made accessible to all relevant user groups via appropriate tools (e.g. Knowledge Base, Internal Training Platform).
- Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure that improvements to solution processes and systems are owned by the appropriate business roles and actively managed into the future.
- Support application lifecycle management activities including renewal management, SLA monitoring, risk management and release management.
Essential Experience: - 10 years Solution Delivery experience
- Independent Project Management / Delivery of Low to Medium Complexity Projects
- Proactive Stakeholder Management
- Software Implementation
Desirable Experience - IFS ERP or other in-depth ERP experience
- Familiarity with PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology
- Change Management
- System Architecture
- Requirements Gathering
