Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated T.R.C<\/b> to manage technical repair activities, coordinate service operations, troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure smooth execution of field and in -house technical tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem -solving skills, and the ability to handle service -related responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, batteries, solar products, inverters, and related equipment.
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate repair and maintenance work with internal teams and field technicians.
<\/p><\/li>
Handle installation support, product testing, and service requests.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor complaint tickets and ensure timely closure of customer issues.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain service records, repair reports, and spare parts inventory.
<\/p><\/li>
Support customers with basic troubleshooting guidance over phone or on -site.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure all repairs and services are completed as per quality standards.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
<\/p><\/li>
Work closely with sales and operations teams for customer satisfaction.
<\/p><\/li>
Follow safety procedures and company technical guidelines.

Required Qualifications
<\/h2>
Diploma in Electrical Engineering<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
ITI (Electrician / Wireman / Relevant Trade)<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Related Stream)<\/b>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Skills Required
<\/h2>
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
<\/p><\/li>
Basic understanding of solar systems, inverters, batteries, and wiring.
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
<\/p><\/li>
Good communication and coordination skills.
<\/p><\/li>
Problem -solving and analytical mindset.
<\/p><\/li>
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to travel for field service if required.
