•<\/span> <\/span>Maintain billing records in Tally Solutions and Zoho Books.

•<\/span> <\/span>Perform daily reconciliation of sales, receipts, and outstanding payments.

•<\/span> <\/span>Coordinate with accounts team for ledger reconciliation and month -end closing.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Monitor pending invoices and follow up for payment discrepancies.

GST & Compliance<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure GST compliance in billing activities.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Prepare billing -related reports for GST filing and audits.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Maintain proper documentation for taxation and statutory requirements.

Coordination & Process Management<\/b><\/span>•<\/span> <\/span>Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth dispatch and billing

operations.

•<\/span> <\/span>Resolve billing disputes and customer account issues.

•<\/span> <\/span>Improve billing accuracy and reduce processing delays.

Reporting & MIS<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Track billing efficiency, outstanding dues, and sales reconciliation.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Support management with financial and operational reports.

Requirements<\/h3>
•<\/span> <\/span>Strong knowledge of Tally Solutions and Zoho Books.

•<\/span> <\/span>Understanding of GST, e -invoicing, and accounting principles.

•<\/span> <\/span>Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.

•<\/span> <\/span>Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
