For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $242,300 - $363,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About the C&SP Tech Solutions Director:
The Cloud and Services Provider Technical & Solutions Director will be expected to create a matrixed team that is recognized by our clients as the industry’s most respected technical experts in Data Center physical infrastructure.
Job Description
- Lead & manage a global team of solution architects that proactively support key accounts within C&SP segment.
- Map & engage the broader global technical community that supports C&SP, e.g. GAC Technical leads, DE Solution Architects, NAM solution architects, Electra, etc.
- Manage the C&SP presence in Electrifier program including identification and nomination of key talents as well as vetting of those nominated from outside the team.
- Create a community of technical experts across the data center inclusive of the electrical, mechanical, controls, & Monitoring systems
- Create & manage learning paths within these specific domains but also between them to identify & nurture key talents.
Experience & Qualification
- >15 years experience in Data center / C&SP market
- Cross-division experience inside Schneider Electric in translating client needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to influence and converge customer’s objectives with interests of Schneider Electric business & profitability.
- Communication skills (internal & external) with right adaptation according to audience and situation
- Ability to foster cooperation in large and international organizations and develop network
- Languages: English
- Cross culture knowledge or experience
