For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What do you get to do in this position?
Manage Solar Services Contracts (LTSA) in terms of back-office, administrative tasks, supply chain, cost control, resources, escalations, and provisions.
- Project Manager for USA, Canada, Jamaica, and Mexico service long-term projects in terms of back-office/admin support
- Manage Customer relationship for your contracts and projects
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, work hours, budgets, resources, and cases.
- NAM Services coordination and management such as vendor creation, GR, vendor payment…etc for projects
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensuring service deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Perform back-office administrative support for NAM Solar projects.
- Assess project risks and issues and highlight the same to management.
- Cost controller for Projects
- Commercial discussion with customers in case of escalations
- Resource management on projects
- Manage all service projects commitments and obligations
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting on project financials
