Missions offered:
Modelling of a blue ammonia production unit (with CO2 capture and compression) in order to study two potential process flow diagram optimizations. The mission is composed as follows:
- Search for reference projects
- If necessary, request for additional information from Technip specialists or suppliers.
- Simulation on Aspen HYSYS: base case and optimizations
- Evaluation of the gains brought by optimizations: utility consumption, delta cost (CAPEX and OPEX)
- Use of Python for simulation data extraction, for the output of material balances, and for analysis (composition profile, case studies)
Profile sought:
What we expect from you:
- In progress of Bac +5, training in Process Engineering
- Appetite for process simulation and data management. Knowledge of Aspen Hysys, Python knowledge desired
- You have operational English (oral and written).
During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
