DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES| About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) program. This role is based in our headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris) and is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability reporting. The duration for this role is 3 months with the possibility of extension if needed.

As a Sustainability Project Specialist Intern you will:

Collect and organize data for CSRD compliance and sustainability reporting.
Support the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Maintain and update databases and tracking systems related to CSRD compliance.
Assist in the communication and dissemination of CSRD information within the company.
Provide general administrative support to the CSRD team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE| About you

The ideal Sustainability Project Specialist:

Is currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
Has organizational and time management skills.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Has some experience in project management.
Has proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel.
Is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Has attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Is able to speak both French and English.
