DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES| About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) program. This role is based in our headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris) and is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability reporting. The duration for this role is 3 months with the possibility of extension if needed.
As a Sustainability Project Specialist Intern you will:
- Collect and organize data for CSRD compliance and sustainability reporting.
- Support the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Maintain and update databases and tracking systems related to CSRD compliance.
- Assist in the communication and dissemination of CSRD information within the company.
- Provide general administrative support to the CSRD team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE| About you
The ideal Sustainability Project Specialist:
- Is currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has organizational and time management skills.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has some experience in project management.
- Has proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel.
- Is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Has attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Is able to speak both French and English.
