Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor deployment of construction equipment and machinery at project sites.
Ensure optimum utilization of plant and machinery to achieve project schedules and productivity targets.
Track equipment availability, breakdowns, utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with site teams and vendors.
Arrange mobilization and demobilization of equipment as per project requirements.
Maintain statutory compliance, insurance, fitness certificates, and equipment documentation.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of critical spares.
Analyze equipment performance and prepare utilization, productivity, and cost reports.
Liaise with project teams, equipment suppliers, and service providers for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company safety procedures.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
5-8 years of experience in Plant & Machinery management, equipment maintenance, or construction equipment operations, preferably in infrastructure, renewable energy, transmission, or EPC projects.
