Job Description: Assistant Manager - Mechanical (MEP)
Location: Samarkand, Uzbekistan
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) mechanical activities at the project site.
- Ensure installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems as per project specifications and drawings.
- Review mechanical drawings and coordinate with civil, electrical, and other project teams.
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare progress reports and track project schedules.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
- Support project planning, procurement, and material management activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Mechanical Systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in construction site execution and project coordination.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and quality control procedures.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
