The Transmission Line (TL) Construction Manager will lead the site execution of high-voltage transmission line projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover. The role includes managing construction schedules, contractors, workforce, materials and equipment; coordinating route surveys, foundations, tower erection, stringing and testing; ensuring work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements and safety standards; resolving site and right-of-way issues; monitoring progress, productivity and costs; coordinating with engineering, procurement, clients, authorities and subcontractors; and maintaining accurate progress, inspection and handover records. Experience with 220 kV, 400 kV and 765 kV transmission lines is preferred.
