Job Title: Project Control Manager – Wind Farm & WTG
Location: Uzbekistan
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control for wind farm and Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) projects.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, progress reports, cost forecasts, and resource plans.
- Track project milestones, identify schedule deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Manage project performance through KPIs, progress measurement, risk analysis, and periodic reporting.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and schedule updates for the project leadership and client.
- Ensure effective project controls in line with contractual requirements and project objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and controls, preferably in wind farm and WTG projects.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, project scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring.
- Experience in large-scale renewable energy or EPC projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work at a project site in Uzbekistan.
