Introduction

A leading renewable energy company specialising in Solar PV and BESS is looking for a Partnership Program Manager to build and manage its strategic partner ecosystem. This is a commercial role focused on creating scalable, repeatable sales opportunities through carefully selected partners, while maintaining strong commercial, technical and operational standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design and manage the company's strategic partnership programme.
Define partner types, engagement models, commercial frameworks and selection criteria.
Identify, recruit and onboard strategic partners capable of generating quality deal flow.
Develop partner enablement, messaging and engagement processes.
Act as the gatekeeper for partner-generated leads, ensuring opportunities are properly qualified.
Work with Sales, CRM, Engineering and Operations teams to progress partner opportunities.
Monitor partner performance against pipeline value, conversion and deployment KPIs.
Manage underperforming partners and exit relationships where necessary.
Ensure all partnerships comply with commercial, legal and governance requirements.
Continuously improve the partnership programme to maximise quality and commercial outcomes.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Sales or a related field is advantageous.
10+ years’ experience in partnership management, channel management or strategic sales.
Proven experience building and managing structured partner programmes.
Experience within technical, infrastructure or asset-heavy environments is highly advantageous.
Strong commercial and strategic judgement.
Ability to build scalable programmes rather than relying solely on individual relationships.
Strong governance, quality-control and execution discipline.
Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
Results-driven with a strong focus on commercial leverage and measurable outcomes.
