About the Position

A growing solar company is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong practical electrical knowledge, excellent fault-finding abilities and experience working with electrical installations. Solar experience will be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Identify, diagnose and repair electrical faults.
Install and wire solar power systems.
Test, repair and maintain electrical systems.
Maintain and inspect solar equipment.
Install and connect inverters, batteries and solar panels.
Ensure all installations are completed safely and according to applicable standards.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

Red Seal Electrician qualification – essential.
Electrical Wiring Certificate – preferred.
Relevant experience as an electrician.
Solar experience will be a strong advantage.
Must be willing to travel nationwide.
Candidates willing to relocate will be considered, provided they have a practical relocation plan.
Strong electrical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
