Job Purpose: Incharge - SAS is responsible for directing the on-site implementation and optimization of Substation Automation Systems (SAS), ensuring successful system deployment, integration with site-specific infrastructure, and adherence to technical and operational standards for enhanced performance.
Responsibilities

Contract Management & Compliance
- Administer EPC, O&M, and vendor contracts across project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, obligations, and timelines
- Maintain contract documentation, records, and change logs

Claims & Variation Management
- Evaluate variation orders, change requests, and extension of time (EOT) claims
- Prepare, review, and negotiate claims with contractors/vendors
- Support dispute resolution through evidence-based documentation

Commercial & Risk Management
- Identify contractual risks and support mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contract interpretation
- Monitor financial implications of variations and claims

Stakeholder Coordination
Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- Experience: 8–12 years in contract management within infrastructure / power / renewable energy projects
- Exposure to EPC contracts, FIDIC conditions, and large-scale solar/wind projects preferred
