Educational Qualification & Criteria
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred for managerial roles).
Experience
• 08 – 12 years in solar ground-mounted project execution (above 100 MW)
Professional & Personal Abilities
• Strong knowledge of solar power plant design, installation, and commissioning
• Expertise in electrical systems, civil works, and project management
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, SLDs, and specifications
