The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging, developing, and retaining assigned accounts. This role will focus on proactive outbound calling, identifying opportunities, expanding wallet share, and ensuring that every customer interaction builds loyalty to our company’s HVAC/R product portfolio. Working closely with branch operations, marketing, and outside sales teams, the Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in capturing growth from under-served accounts and ensuring consistent customer support.
What you will accomplish with us:
• Proactively contact assigned accounts via phone, email, and digital tools to drive product awareness, order volume, and customer loyalty;
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to engage customers and uncover new business opportunities within an existing customer base;
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt support and service;
• Promote the company’s HVAC/R products, programs, and services while aligning solutions with customer needs;
• Provide accurate quotations, product availability, and technical guidance by leveraging internal resources and vendor partners;
• Partner with branch teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support;
• Capture and document all interactions in CRM systems to track pipeline activity, opportunities, and account potential;
• Achieve revenue and gross margin growth from assigned accounts;
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness and problem resolution;
• Strengthening the company’s reputation as the distributor of choice by providing professional, knowledgeable, and proactive support;
• Actively engaged in the One Master team, cooperating with both Branch staff and the Outside sales team.
What You Bring to Our Team:
• Internal candidate preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in HVAC/R distribution, wholesale, or a related technical industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage a high activity level of outbound calling and relationship development.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and order entry platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R products and applications is considered an asset.
