studies, analyses, and independent certifications within the renewable energy
sector—particularly in photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps, and
e -mobility.<\/span><\/span>

To strengthen our Sales Team in the Energy
Business Unit at our Bonn office, we are looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager
(m/f/d).<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
This is an exciting opportunity for an
experienced sales leader with a proven track record in team management, as well
as budget and revenue responsibility. In this role, you will play a key part in
shaping the growth of our business unit, developing existing client
relationships, and unlocking new business opportunities.<\/span><\/span>

Your Mission<\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
Identify
and develop new business opportunities while building a strong, sustainable
network within the energy and clean energy solutions sector.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Conduct
high -quality initial meetings, analyse client needs in depth, and translate
insights into compelling, value -driven solution proposals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Strategically
position our portfolio in the energy market and present customised concepts,
market studies, and consulting services to corporate clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Structure,
optimise, and professionalise sales processes within the Energy business unit,
creating scalable workflows that support long -term growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Further
develop the Energy sales strategy by defining clear objectives, KPIs, and
budget and revenue targets, and ensure their implementation in a transparent,
data -driven manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Provide
functional leadership to the sales team, coach colleagues throughout the entire
sales process, and foster a performance -oriented, collaborative, and
appreciative sales culture.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

leverage an existing network and/or initial client contacts within the energy
sector, using these relationships strategically to accelerate and expand our
sales activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/p>
What You Bring<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>Completed
commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a
focus on sales or business administration.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>7+
years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within complex,
consultancy -driven services in the energy or sustainability sector.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Demonstrated
leadership experience, combined with the motivation and ability to lead and
inspire a sales team.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Previous
responsibility for budgets and revenue, or a strong willingness to assume this
responsibility in a senior role.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Excellent
communication and negotiation skills, a strong closing mindset, a structured
approach to work, and a high level of reliability and professionalism.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Excellent
command of German (written and spoken) is essential; business -fluent English is
required. Additional European languages are a plus.<\/span><\/span>
