certifications, market analyses and consulting solutions within the renewable
energy sector — including photovoltaics, energy storage, heat pumps and
electromobility.<\/span>
<\/span><\/b>Our clients include manufacturers, installers, wholesalers and innovative
service providers who rely on our expertise to strengthen their market position
and successfully drive sustainable transformation.<\/span>

Sales Specialist Energy (m/f/d)

<\/span><\/b>Your Mission<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Proactively acquire new
B2B customers via phone, digital channels and targeted outreach
activities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Identify customer needs
and develop compelling, value -oriented solutions around our market
intelligence and certification portfolio.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Manage and coordinate
the entire sales cycle — from first contact through to quotation and
closing.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Build sustainable
customer relationships through professional and personalised account
management.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Maintain and update CRM
systems to ensure transparent and efficient sales processes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Actively contribute to
the growth and expansion of our Energy division through your market
insights and customer feedback.<\/span><\/span>

What You Bring<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
Completed commercial
vocational training, a business -related degree or a comparable
qualification.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Ideally, first
professional experience in B2B sales, outbound telesales or consultative
selling.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Strong communication
and relationship -building skills with a passion for sales and customer
interaction.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>A confident, proactive
and solution -oriented mindset combined with strong organisational skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>High level of
self -motivation, ownership and reliability.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Interest in renewable
energy markets and willingness to quickly immerse yourself in new topics.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Confidence in using CRM
systems, digital sales tools and MS Office applications.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Fluent German and
English skills, both written and spoken.<\/span><\/span>
