1.0 | Operations of ETP, STP, MEE, RO, Laboratory and Hazardous Waste Area. |
1.1 | Operate and handle Effluent Treatment Plant and update its records. |
1.2 | Operate and handle Sewage Treatment Plant and update its records. |
1.3 | Operate and handle MEE Plant and update its records. |
1.4 | Operate and handle RO Plant and update its records. |
1.5 | Collect Samples from ETP/STP/MEE and RO and perform analysis (pH, TDS, etc.) of waste water samples and maintain its records for Environmental Laboratory. |
1.6 | Receive and store hazardous waste after verification of relevant documents at Hazardous Waste Storage Facility and maintain its records. |
1.7 | Update documents/logbooks of ETP/STP/MEE/RO/Laboratory/Hazardous Waste as and when required. |
1.8 | Provide support to maintenance team for troubleshooting for any breakdown of Equipment of ETP/STP/MEE/RO. |
1.9 | Provide support for calibration of Environment ETP, STP, MEE, RO and Laboratory Equipment. |
2.0 | Environmental Data collection. |
2.1 | Support for data collection required for submission (online & physical) of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns with respect to Environmental requirements. |
3.0 | GMP Documentation pertaining to EHS Department. |
3.1 | Assist to prepare, review and maintain GMP Documents (TNI, Document issuance and retrieval etc.) pertaining to EHS Department. |
3.2 | Assist and participate in Self Inspection, Internal and External Audit . |
4.0 | Environmental Monitoring. |
4.1 | Support for sample collection and co-ordinate with third party for Environmental Monitoring (testing and analysis of samples of Waste Water, Stack Monitoring, Ambient Air/Noise Monitoring) is carried out as per schedule/scope. |
5.0 | New Projects / Modifications w.r.t. EHS Department. |
5.1 | Provide site execution related assistance/support as and when required during new projects / modifications relate activities. |
6.0 | Other EHS related activities. |
6.1 | Assist to supervisor for preparing and approval of documents pertaining to Procurement (Indent, PR and PO) and Finance (WCC, GRN). |
