The role offers exposure to complex reporting structures, regulatory compliance, and project finance, making it ideal for a finance professional looking to deepen their technical expertise while contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the full finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Deliver meaningful financial insights to support business and operational decisions
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive financial performance and efficiencies
- Oversee financial processes, including reconciliations, cash flow, and reporting cycles
- Contribute to planning processes, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting (essential)
- Completed articles (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial accounting or financial management role
- Strong exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and audits
- Experience within energy, infrastructure, or project-based environments
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
