Job Advert SummaryThe Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain Department to ensure the efficient procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination, and supplier management required for the successful execution of solar and energy storage projects. The role supports the smooth flow of supply chain activities through accurate recordkeeping, supplier coordination, reporting, and system administration.
Minimum RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in a supply chain, procurement, logistics, or administrative role.
- Experience working with ERP systems and procurement processes.
- Experience in renewable energy, engineering, construction, or technical environments will be advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Ms Excel+ Ms Teams
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving and time management abilities.
