To ensures driving the sales of solar energy systems by leveraging technical knowledge and sales expertise. To collaborate with customers, engineers, and the sales team to design and propose customised solar solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. To ensure that the goal of helping clients transition to sustainable energy sources by providing expert guidance and support.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

SKILLS:

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) technology, inverters, and energy storage solutions.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design and simulation software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools.
