Join a Major Renewable Energy Development in Western Australia
UGL is a leader in Australia’s energy transition, delivering large‑scale solar, wind and battery projects end to end across Australia. This role sits within our New Energy portfolio, supporting the delivery of these major renewable infrastructure projects.
The first project you’ll join is the Narrogin Wind Farm, located approximately 160km south‑east of Perth. The Narrogin Wind Farm is a major renewable energy development in Western Australia, delivering approximately 200 MW of capacityand will play a key role in WA’s energy transition.

About the role
As an HSE Advisor, you will support site delivery across all construction activities, working closely with the Project Team and reporting to the site HSE Manager.
This is a hands‑on, site‑based role supporting frontline teams, driving compliance, and applying the HSE Management System consistently across civil, erection, electrical and transmission works.
Key responsibilities
Provide practical, day‑to‑day HSE support across site activities.
Support pre‑starts, toolbox talks and on‑site safety conversations.
Complete regular site walks and inspections to keep standards on track.
Assist with incident reporting, investigations and follow‑up actions.
Manage HSE documentation, reporting and compliance with UGL’s HSE Management System.

About you
Experience as an HSE Advisor in construction, energy, utilities, mining or similar high‑risk environment.
Comfortable working FIFO on a 10/4 roster.
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly team focused.
Strong site presence and practical approach to compliance.
