Assistant Manager Department: Design (Solar)
NO DIPLOMA / Only B.E / B.Tech/ M.tech
Should have Ground mounted Exp ,
Location: Ahmedabad HO
Experience Required: 3+ Years Joining:
- We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Design to join our renewable energy team.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing ground-mounted solar PV systems and a strong understanding of engineering principles, industry standards, and project execution.
- Candidates with experience in both Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) design will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop layouts for ground-mounted solar PV systems using industrystandard software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope).
- Project is for -300 mega Walt
- Conduct site assessments, shading analysis, and energy yield simulations. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and bill of materials (BOM).
- Collaborate with project, procurement, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Ensure compliance with national and international codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Optimize system design for performance, cost, and reliability. Support technical documentation, client presentations, and design approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for technical evaluations and design validations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Proven experience in designing ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and MS Office.
