Our Approach to Toolmaking
Unlike traditional environments where roles are siloed, our toolmakers are deeply involved in every stage of the process—from:
- Receiving and interpreting mould designs
- Programming and machining
- Assembly and fitting
- Trials and production handover
- Ongoing maintenance and future modifications
This full-cycle exposure ensures continuous learning, ownership, and the development of highly capable, well-rounded professionals.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Toolmaker (formally qualified or highly experienced) who wants more than just a job—someone who wants to grow, lead, and contribute to rebuilding the toolmaking trade in South Africa.
