Construction Oversight & Execution

Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, including civil works (trenching, foundations), mechanical assembly (trackers/structures, module mounting), and electrical installations (DC/AC wiring, inverter stations, and substation connection).

Coordinate with the logistics team to manage the timely delivery and secure storage of PV modules, inverters, and BOS (Balance of System) components.

Manage the interface between different subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and prevent site congestion.
Quality & Technical Compliance

Ensure all construction works adhere to the Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings and technical specifications.

Implement a robust Quality Control (QC) program, overseeing inspections, testing, and documentation (e.g., torque marking, pull-out tests, and string testing).

Manage the "Punch List" process, ensuring all defects are rectified prior to commissioning and handover.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

Enforce a "Zero Harm" culture on-site, ensuring all personnel comply with HSE plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.

Conduct daily safety tool-box talks and regular site audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
Project Controls & Reporting

Monitor daily progress against the Project Schedule; identify potential delays and implement recovery plans.

Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the Project Manager and client stakeholders.

Verify subcontractor invoices against actual physical progress on-site.
