Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing QA team across multiple delivery squads
- Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices
- Drive test automation and introduce modern, AI-assisted testing approaches
- Ensure quality across integrations, platforms, APIs, and distributed systems
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Operations teams
- Establish quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy, and release readiness
- Remain hands-on in testing activities where required
