We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage patient case processes and ensure seamless liaison between patients and medical aids to secure timely payments. This role is vital in maintaining compliance, cost control, and patient care standards for private hospital concern based in Johannesburg South
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a complex department with efficient IR management
- Liaise with clinicians, allied facilities, and funders to resolve account queries
- Monitor and control costs for Managed Care patients, ensuring correct coding and ARM agreement application
- Manage real-time clinical updates, submissions, and funder responses
- Drive monthly cash collection targets and maintain DNYB days below 5
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with governance standards
Requirements:

- B Degree in Nursing or equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ patient care experience; case management experience advantageous
- ICU/HC case management background beneficial
- Strong understanding of clinical coding and funder rules
- SAP experience preferred; advanced computer literacy advantageous
- Excellent communication, time management, and ability to work under pressure
