A leading solar distributor, providing innovative solar solutions, training, and support to installers nationwide, is seeking an experienced <\/span><\/span>B2B Marketing Manager<\/span><\/span><\/b> to<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> drive their marketing vision and execution. You will be a strategic partner to the CEO, <\/span><\/span>shaping and delivering marketing initiatives that elevate their brand, drive growth, and strengthen their position in the market.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

You will architect the annual marketing plan, lead high -profile campaigns, manage a creative team, and oversee multi -channel content production. This is a leadership role requiring vision, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast -paced, high -output environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/h3>

Develop, own, and execute the annual Marketing Plan aligned with company objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Drive their flagship Brand Ambassador Campaign, managing relationships and overseeing content output.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Lead their internal creative team (Video, Design, Social), ensuring excellence and accountability across all deliverables.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Oversee professional video productions, podcasts, trade shows, social media channels, and online live -streaming events.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Act as the right -hand to the CEO, converting visionary ideas into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Minimum 6 - 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in high -growth environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Strong experience managing creative teams and external partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Expertise in digital marketing, content production, and campaign management.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
