Senior Security Engineer
If you’re a hands‑on security engineer who loves solving deep technical challenges and working closely with engineering teams — this one is for you.
We’re looking for someone who can drive application security, strengthen our Kubernetes and microservices ecosystem, automate smartly, and help shape practical security standards that engineering teams actually want to adopt.
This is a technology‑focused role with real impact — not a documentation job.
🔐 What you’ll do
- Lead AppSec across the SDLC: design reviews, threat modeling, secure patterns
- Strengthen security for Kubernetes, microservices, APIs, and containers
- Identify and validate web application vulnerabilities
- Build automation using scripting + workflow tools (n8n, Tines) and AI dev tools (Cursor)
- Mentor other security engineers and raise team capabilities
- Partner closely with Dev, DevOps, Platform, and IT teams
- Define clear, actionable security standards and drive adoption
🧩 What you bring
- 7+ years of security engineering experience
- Strong background in web vulnerabilities & secure development
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and modern distributed architectures
- Programming in at least one language (Python/Go/Java/C#/Rust)
- Experience building automation and using AI‑assisted tools
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and pen‑testing workflows
- Excellent English and strong cross‑team communication skills
⭐ Bonus
- Cloud security experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of OT/ICS or embedded security
- Security architecture background
- Certifications like OSCP/OSWE/etc.
