We are looking for a motivated Strategic Buyer to join our dynamic team.
Main responsibilities:
- Involved in defining the purchasing strategy of Solarpro with the aim to ensure that the cost quality and delivery requirements are met;
- Maintains a network of suppliers in the form of Approved Vendor List;
- Responsible for negotiations and contracts;
- Prepares supply related cost analysis and participates in the bidding process;
- Analyses the commercial outcome of a project in view of materials;
- Performs supplier evaluation. Takes care that insufficient supplier performance or over costs are timely claimed;
- Prepares proposals for supplier award on the basis of ESG compliance, engineering, quality andcommercial conditions, making sure that all customer requirements are incorporated;
- Communicates with internal stakeholders on matters related to existing technical requirements, financial or legal impact and innovative solutions.
Your Profile:
- Masters degree in Economics, Logistics, or other relevant field;
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, including strategic sourcing Technical affinity or actual experience is considered an advantage
- Proven experience in negotiations, contract management and cost analysis;
- Very good knowledge of logistic processes and requirements, ESG principles and Quality system accreditation
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Experience with international suppliers and global supply chains;
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
