About the Department
Assurance Offerings is part of Deloitte's Audit & Assurance function and one of the initiatives we have launched to support the transformation that companies' finance functions have been undergoing in recent years. Since our inception six years ago, Assurance Offerings has grown to include 90 dedicated consultants working across all aspects of the financial and non-financial domain. We collaborate closely with our clients to advise, transform, optimize, drive, and shape the finance and sustainability functions of the future. In Deloitte's ESG Advisory & Assurance department you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our customers.

Job Description
As a Graduate, you will work with a variety of clients, projects, and challenges. Based on client needs, your skills, and your preferences, your tasks will primarily focus on:
Support companies ESG reporting and assurance journeys – e.g. through sparring and advice on policies, accounting policies and accounting methodology used, design and implementation of processes and controls, as well as other options for ensuring robust ESG data and reporting

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping our clients prepare for and improve their sustainability reporting, have strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills.
The following qualifications provide a solid foundation, but your curiosity and interest are what truly matter. We understand that not every candidate possesses all the requirements listed, but we still encourage you to apply if you meet some of the following criteria:
Interest in sustainability in multiple relevant areas, or specified in for instance environment, human rights and social parameters, or governance and compliance.
A passion for consulting work, with a willingness to learn, grow, and make a difference for both clients and colleagues.
A relevant educational background in business administration, accounting, auditing, environmental science, political science, or similar fields.

Recruitment Process
- Initial Screening: We review applications to identify candidates who best match the qualifications and expectations outlined in the job posting.
- Case Day: On January 23, 2025, we will host a case day at Deloitte, where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your problem-solving approach, present case results, and showcase your teamwork skills.
- Interview: Following the case day, we will invite shortlisted candidates for an interview at Deloitte, focusing on your background, motivations, and career aspirations. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about Deloitte and the role.
- Offer: Successful candidates will receive an offer to join Deloitte as a Graduate starting in August 2025
