and reliable Office Manager with strong stock control experience to join
their team. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and communication skills with a strong administrative background.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide quotes to clients on accounting software and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate the dispatch of goods and manage courier services
- Maintain accurate stock control records and perform regular stock checks
- Perform general administrative and financial duties, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
- Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics
- Relevant diploma or degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative role
- Stock management experience
- Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle
