We’re searching for a Talent Consultant who gets us. To thrive here, you’ll need 3+ years of experience in recruitment or sales and a bachelor’s degree to tackle the challenges of this dynamic field. Exceptional communication skills and a talent for engaging with people across various channels. An innate drive for excellence and the ability to build an extensive talent network. If you don't have recruitment experience or experience in a B2B sales environronment, this role is not for you.
Our consultant is someone energised and hungry for excellence. You’ll be working in an open-plan office so the ability to banter is a must. But you also must care deeply about meeting our goals.
