SUMMARY: The primary role of the position is to complete monetary transactions and provide Customer Service to guests at City Park's Tennis Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
- Tennis assistant is responsible for operating the cash register and cash control policy during assigned shift;
- Tennis assistant answers phone, makes reservations for customers and follow hourly court assignments by monitoring the court assignment book;
- Tennis assistant is responsible for daily housekeeping of the clubhouse during shift (sweeping, dusting, stocking restrooms, beverages, supplies and ice);
- Tennis assistant is responsible for drying tennis courts after rain as needed;
- Tennis assistant must be able to lift 75 pounds, stand for long periods of time and acclimate to both indoor and outdoor weather.
- All other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
