In the People & Culture department, you will be part of an inspiring and committed team supporting the business on all people matters across Vestas. You will partner with our business leaders to carry out Vestas’ strategy and promote the people and culture agenda.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will align our global and regional HR processes and initiatives with the business goals and needs across our organization in MED East where we have activities, in Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support business objectives through effective HR management
- Provide HR solutions and resolve personnel inquiries
- Develop and implement initiatives and strategies to retain talent
- Ensure compliance with the local and the company’s regulations and policies
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Serve as the primary point of contact for labor law inquiries
- Lead talent management and employee development efforts
Qualifications
- Degree in Law, Labor Relations Human Resources Management or similar
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Preferably experienced in HR practices and policies across the listed countries
- Native Romanian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in other languages is an asset
