For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $118,400 - $177,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Key Account Manager – Logistics Segment

Schneider Electric’s Services, Strategic Account Organization is looking for an experienced, motivated and highly skilled sales professional to lead Services sales in the Logistics market segment. This is a “solutions oriented” position that uses consultative sales techniques and internal matrix organization persuasion skills to build our business within strategic accounts. Experience in technical service solutions and selling Power, Secure Power, ASCO, Industrial Automation and Digital Power equipment/services is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing thorough strategic plans at an account level. This is a high visibility and accountability position within the Schneider Electric NAM enterprise. You will be looked to to lead the way for Services in strengthening our account relationships and ultimately the holistic growth of our penetration in the Logistics Segment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for orders growth and revenue targets for the accounts within the NAM Logistics Segment.
- Responsible for new Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing services solutions and products within a specific set of strategic accounts.
- Champion and sell the full range of services offers across Schneider Electric business units to deliver the holistic solutions our customers and accounts need.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline information and reporting across the NAM Logistics segment.
- Build the Partnership with your customers: Be the advocate for your customer’s needs and manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle, drive best in class customer experience.
- Engage and develop relationships with decision makers via your existing contact network and proactive initiatives.
- Drive innovation and new ways of thinking to: solve customer problems, deliver for our customers and continue advancing our brand.
- Partner with strategic sales and commercial enablement teams across the Schneider Electric NAM and Global enterprises to grow the Logistics segment business, and drive revenue against sales targets.
- Lead back-office processes for accounts including: quotations, order entry, opportunity management etc.
- Understanding of the process to get customer orders pushed through to execution.
- Responsible for tracking IB to ensure accurate information and on time life cycle recommendations.
- Assist with planning of NAM Logistics segment sales strategy.
This job might be for you if:
- Several years of experience in a technical field and/or a minimum of 5 years in Solutions Sales / Account Management and/or customer operations with major projects experience.
- Knowledge of electrical distribution, automation, energy management & sustainability, solutions and services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering and/or Business discipline)
- Good understanding of industry-specific problems & technology
- Existing contact network and ability to hit the ground running.
- Influencing skills in a matrix environment – both with internal organizations & the marketplace
- Experience and skill in working via strategic alliance or mutual client engagements with customer / partner
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Travel up to 50% domestic
