For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $120,400 - $150,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Summary: The Supply Chain Project Manager will ensure the success of Offer Launches and End of Life Projects by leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including Offer Management (Marketing), Technical, Industrial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality functions. This role involves managing the Supply Chain Planning function, advising management on project activities, and ensuring proactive and responsive actions to guarantee results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the success of Offer Launches and End of Life Projects involving cross-functional teams, including Offer Management (Marketing), Technical, Industrial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality functions.
- Lead, coordinate, and challenge cross-functional actions, escalate critical issues when necessary, implement corrective actions, and report project status.
- Organize and manage the Supply Chain Planning function for a given entity, product, range of projects, products, or region.
- Advise management regarding the Supply Chain Planning project activities.
- Proactively and responsively guarantee results.
- Ensure effective management of the projects portfolio to support strategy execution through Offer Creation and Supply Chain Launch.
- Manage the portfolio of Offer Creation projects for the Business Unit (BU).
- Deploy portfolio and project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Manage Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive analysis prior to implementing into SIOP planning tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
