For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $148,000 - $222,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and accomplish a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
- Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities to support fulfilment of quota for current year and coming years.
- Map the customer organisation and identify key persons of influence and decision makers.
- Identify driving factors to procurement, determine budgets and define timelines to define opportunity winning strategies.
- Emphasize solution or product features and benefits, quote prices, and align on contracting terms and prepare sales order reports and/or necessary software sales forms.
- Engage with the Digital Grid regional channel manager to align solution implementation and customer needs with Digital Grid implementation partner/s.
- Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
- Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from related plant departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
- Collating and consolidating report on monthly sales performance per sales personnel, per product, per region or office and per industry.
- Provide feedback to relevant DGRID stakeholders on the voice of customer regarding product features/functions and project/service implementation experience
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Education, Knowledge and experience:
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Business, communication or power engineering.
- Related job experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Software sales experience, ideally dealing with utility customers.
- English: Proficient.
